Loan Management System

Loan organizations do help people in times of emergency needs. The Isla Marketing Coorperative (IMC) accepts new applicants so that each of them can manage to pay their debts. Before the manager accept each applicant, the manager carefully studies the applicant just to mke sure that he/she is capable of paying the assigned due dates. Every employee of the organization play a very signaficant role. Each one is assigned in different field to make sure that the transaction will be alright. However, human error is not impossible to occur especially in this kind of transaction especially involving money. In the present studies, it was known that this kind of error happens certainly. Knowing this hindrance, the researchers decided to construct a computer system that will avoid errors and make loan transaction faster and easier as click and type method was applied. The system project is entitled Loan Management System. This introduces each of the employees of IMC to innovation in which the present process using alot of paper works and computation will be transformed into an automated one. It does not mean that the presence of papers and calculator will be altered but will somehow help maintain the safest way of transacting business. Obviously, the computer will not function without its user. This means that the user has to be knowledgeable enough with the system. The system will function as the user tells it to do so. SO if the user commit an error in data input data and in operation, automatically it will also affect the output of the system. Therefore, the user must to be very careful in accessing the system. It will be advisable that he/she will be oriented first before accepting the actual job. This kind of computer system will decrease errors or evemtually make everything in perfect use and harmony. This project will benefit each of the employees and the borrowers. All information and data will be kept confidentially. Most of all, this will save time and make every transaction effective and efficient.
